Coil Design & Manufacture

The workshop can handle insulated and non-insulated wires to wind, reshape and press under heat application in order to produce complete coils ready for final use. The original specifications with regards to insulation class and materials specifications are considered minimum requirements.
All equipments needed for this job are available in the workshop.
The materials used are imported from reputed manufacturers, such as GAMMA, ISOLA, ISOVOLTA and others.
Coils with a straight-part length of up to 2 m could be manufactured here,
and SC plans to extend this figure to 3.5 m in the near future.
